Pros

-if on a fun and supportive account, is a super collaborative work environment -unlimited PTO -decent benefits -opportunity to work events, office has happy hours and uplifting culture

Cons

-if your manager isnt respectful or even mean, nothing is really done about it -a lot of my colleauges are severely overworked and underpaid (again depending on which account youre on)

Pros

Good set of clients Opportunities for growth

Cons

Bad leadership Politics on every level They love to talk about culture and employee well-being, but they dont practice these in real life. Would rather hire expensive senior resources but wont pay the junior staff members according to the industry standards. Hire people without proper background checks The HR lacks empathy and supports the leadership & managers even when they are wrong
