Pros

Some people are lovely to work with, but those individuals are sadly a minority.

Cons

Severe micromanaging and pettiness over how things were said - people were incredibly critical of how things were said (even internally in chats) regardless of whether it was client-related or business-critical. Horrible internal communication - something that could take 5 minutes often took hours or days. Overall, there was severe micromanagement of how people talked, even managed their calendars, etc. I honestly wouldn't send my worst enemy to work at this company.
