Some good colleagues and good benefits.

Cons

In Hong Kong office, always pressure on staff to manipulate projects. No choice but to go along with as no one to raise it to, management already all aware. Healthcare team is the worst with this. Staff told to create documents for doctors. No idea how this is acceptable. Many of the work passes down to junior staff, management don't do anything of value.
