Good music. 4 day weekend. Close drive from home. Friendly people. Workers always willing to help.

Cons

Overtime sometimes depending on the department. Too busy sometimes. Lots expected for one person. Very fast paced.

Pros

The best reasons to work at Web is your constantly busy and the days go by fast, you have 3 days off for your weekends for the most part, and you get paid pretty decent for the area in Cumberland.

Cons

The downside of working at web is the culture with the company as a whole, the managers preach about culture and Discs but a lot of them do not apply it to there selves. Respect and fairness should always be top priority from the bottom all the way to the top or the company will completely fall apart. You are worked like a machine, and if you hit high lines you are expected to hit those high lines even on days when it isn't possible. They will work you to your breaking point even if you are a hard worker. There is a high turn over rate but I listed all the reason why ABOVE.
