The culture of this workplace is absolutely incredible. Everyone is friendly, works together, and has fun while still working hard and maintaining similar goals. The management is wonderful and is always available to listen to any problems or frustrations you may be having. They try to work well with you to find where you're most comfortable but still push you to stretch and grow outside of your comfort zone. Every personality is considered important and valued. There are training sessions almost every week where we are able to learn more about our products and build confidence and professional knowledge. We are provided with lunch and fun treats/activities all the time and some days it doesn't even feel like you're coming into work.

Working at the WEBstaurant Store has been an amazing experience! Everyone is always looking forward to coming into work, and the people you work with make this job even greater. I have learned so much about business and people in my year of working here, and we also get free gadgets and food along the way! It is a great job to start out, and you can continue to work your way up. The more tasks you do, the more the pay- which is exactly how it should be.
