Decent co workers, great customers, ....... great employee mortgage discount, good free employee account, decent amount of vacation time. That is all

Cons

AWFUL management.. many branch managers who don't know what they are doing but are in the positions they are because of who they know, no internal room to grow with RI, they are closing branches, incentive program is impossible to make payouts, branches run incredibly understaffed and it is expected.. days without a proper lunch break. No local volunteerism if you don't work out of CT

Pros

Chances for bonuses once you reach certain position, great coworkers. As long as you reach your goals, there is room for advancement. Plenty of chances to go to back office jobs using internal career site if that's something that interests you. They also offer job shadows so you can get an idea of what certain departments do. Monthly meetings with somewhat higher ups (market level) where you can express thoughts.

Cons

Some managers are a bit too pushy when it comes to sales but the overall philosophy is good. Higher ups really just want you to take care of the person in front of you, some managers take it a bit too far and see everyone as a sales opportunity.
