I enjoyed working at Webster. It was good experience as a teller to use on resume to move on. Also nice to work for a bank that isn't a big three.

Cons

Unrealistic goals. Beurocracy with managers who have little potential to move up and thus keep everyone in place. Slow business hard to build off from.
