Positive culture. People are empowered to do the right thing for customers. Community oriented. Encourages volunteerism. Less sales pressure than larger banks. Good products oriented to working class folks and small businesses.

Pros

Lots of training courses Great ppl Approachable management Genuine comradery Free tea/coffee/water Volunteer events Courses to help career advancement Transparency with HR

Cons

Commission structure is unfair! Pushy sales just like Wells Fargo- the difference is you aren't forced to commit fraud just for a sale Competition between employees within the same branch. Watch your back on a day off- your client that you've been working with all along may get snatched up by a co-worker within your branch. Cut throat competitive environment
