Pros

Co-workers were friendly and helpful, they really are the heart and soul of Webster Bank.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and unwillingness of upper management to take matters to the next level. Several years ago, this was a nice place to work. But after corporate reorganization many people left the bank, some voluntarily and others were terminated. It negatively impacted the atmosphere and has never been the same.
