Pros

Decent PTO time and most branches have friendly employees.

Cons

Pay is far too low for the amount of work the bankers do. Moving up or escaping branches for back office positions are near impossible. Some mangers are condescending and just plain rude. A lot of branches break policy to make "exceptions" for favored customers, which can make floats feel uncomfortable. Unrealistic sales goals are typically set, and telemarketing is huge (which was not specifed during interviewing). Maternity leave is a joke, and some branches aren't very accomodating for college schedules. Overall just one of those places you dread having to wake up in the morning to go to.
