Pros

Coworkers were generally really helpful and willing to teach you new skills.

Cons

Longevity is rewarded by low pay, painfully small raises, pigeon holing, and layoffs. Too many people in management do not have the necessary people skills needed to foster a positive work environment. Employees who are great at their jobs get pigeon holed into that position and it is extremely difficult to get a promotion.

Pros

Great coworkers, helpful management, good environment, good pay for a college student

Cons

Tried to skimp on overtime as much as they could, even though I would work consistently over 40 hours a week.

Pros

Great culture, management is very involved. Good work life balance depending on what industry you are in. You can tell that Webster cares about it's customers and it is a good environment to work in.

Cons

The only real cons would be the compensation. Being a regional bank doesn't leave much room to be paid that well. Otherwise, the company is great.
