Pros

Coworkers were great and always willing to help. They tried to make it fun and productive.

Cons

No loyalty for 20+ years of hard work. I was told there were too many people doing the work I was doing so I was let go. No opportunity for a different position. Company used to care about the employees. Now it only cares about the bottom line at the expense of loyal, talented individuals.
