Sales and no life balance

Pros

Close to home and convenient

Cons

Sales driven company, clients are only $$$. No work life balance. I work 6 days a week some weeks. Management is horrible to the employees. Honestly, you feel like you’re working in a sweat factory. The reps complain about the high goals that they cannot meet! I’ve only been there 2 months and I’m already seeking another job. My advice is to please reach out to another company. I wish I knew this before I accepted.

Pros

Strong regional bank. Family still dominates publicly traded bank. Decent respect for the individual.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are sub-par.
