      Pros

      Great management, fair goals, great training, comfortable yet serious environment. Pay is good, benefits reasonable, overtime is available, overall very fairly compensated. The company respects workers, and gives people credit for working hard. Best part of working there is the fact that everyone wants you to succeed and keep growing.

      Cons

      No real cons. But you do need to care about what you do to succeed. It’s customer focused and there are expectations to uphold .

      Great Training, great culture some nice people.

      Cons

      Horrible management, most of the time they dont even know what they are even doing. they start using you for everything, and at the end they get the credit you deserve.
