great team to work for able to still have a family life and a career.

there is none. this truly is a great bank to work for. then bend over backwards for there employees and clients.

Pros

Benefits are very good including the cost and what they offer.

Cons

very stressful because it's a call center, they watch every minute which I understand because you have customers waiting but the system is so slow that it takes at least 10 minutes to bring up your system in the morning which is on your time not on the clock. System usually goes down in the afternoon so it makes it even slower to take care of customers. If you're used to working at a call center you might adapt to the setting faster then other employees.
