Pros
They take care of their full-time employees, especially during CoVID. They genuinely try to build a strong community within which their employees can thrive. They pay decently as compared to other similar businesses and positions throughout the country. The upper management is excellent at what they do and constantly trying to more/better.
Cons
There seems to be a disconnect on how to properly utilize some employees. It felt like some promotions were due to longevity or dire need as opposed to actual skill set. The pay is not necessarily commensurate with the cost of living in their footprint. High stress, high sales goals and a "we're not coaching to your goals, but really that's what we're looking at" mentality in regional manager.
