Great execs at the helm, positive work environment, testing encouraged in all areas, fabulous culture with regular events encouraging team bonding, data driven decision making

Cons

Limited areas for upward growth internally, limited resources on marketing team, need for clear feedback process beyond end of year reviews, quicker pace desired at times

Pros

At my time at WeddingWire, I joined at the right time to be given a unique opportunity to explore my interests and skills that is pretty rare at most companies. My department has confidence in my capabilities and what I do for my team which motivates me, and gives me irreplaceable experience. I have learned more in a few years at WeddingWire than I think I would have learned in 10-15 years at a different company. It is such a relaxed and happy environment, that I really enjoy coming to work every day, and can't believe I call it "work". I love going to work every day and having the CEO be one of the friendliest faces you'll see.

Cons

-Middle management is not assessed. I found it strange that I was not asked for upward feedback during my evaluations, since I think a lot of our problems derive from them. -No 401K match

Great for full time employees who were very self secure. Lot's of benefits for full time employees

Cons

I was barely paid any attention. It was a bit lonely. No benefits for interns Interns not allowed to attend company-wide events.
