Pros

Great people, great culture, great perks. Perfect job if you just graduated from college and want to make new friends and great money if you are a hard worker and willing to put in the effort.

Cons

Not much internal mobility. You will come in as a sales associate, will have a few small title/salary bumps and after that you are just expected to keep churning out dials and sales doing exactly the same job with the same responsibilities. Success is often dependent on the territory you receive. You will need to be a machine when it comes to making calls and very aggressive with customers in order to get them to buy. Goals are high and can be very tough to hit. You will burn out everyone does and it can be very stressful.

WeddingWire is a great company with great culture. From the beginning you are set up for success through ample training and a supportive management team. There is a lot of comraderie on the sales teams which makes it overall a great place to come to work. Really enjoyed my time here!

Cons

The aggressive growth goals of the company can sometimes make the monthly quotas tough to achieve.
