Pros

The people make WeddingWire what it is! WeddingWire has some of the best company culture I've seen and this rings true no matter what department you are applying to! It really is too bad that we aren't all in one office anymore, but this does mean that there is opportunity for remote employment, which is a good thing too!

Cons

Like any growing organization, WeddingWire has experienced some growing pains, but the outlook is bright.

Pros

- Free breakfast (although if you don't get in before 9am, everything is picked over). - Young atmosphere (pro for someone who just graduated). - Executive team very friendly.

Cons

- Salary low for DC area. You can make much more money elsewhere in this town. - Flexible work hours are a joke. - "Managers" are not experienced in actually managing people. - Not a good place for experienced, managers to grow their careers. WeddingWire often felt like it was run by a bunch of 25 year olds. - Everyone is crammed into small work spaces. If you're not a fan of the open office trend, this place is not for you.

Environment, unlimited PTO, the execs, ideal location for those who live in the city and rely on public transportation to get to work

Cons

Bonus structure, not much of an upward mobility, covers limited transportation costs
