      - Challenging and varied technical and analytical problems, and we are trusted to draw on our expertise to solve them - Supportive and present executive staff - Relaxed and fun atmosphere - Company is very receptive to employee suggestions and ideas - Excellent benefits - Growing rapidly, with many changes taking place; the work is never boring or rote

      Cons

      - Offices are getting quite full now, it can occasionally be loud, and it can be hard to find a meeting room - No matching on 401k

      Work culture is very open, quick access to senior management Flexibility in many position - output oriented Typical startup perks (food, ping-pong, etc.) It is exciting to see a company grow and have direct impact on the direction things are going Due to the fast pace, you change quickly from being hired to sitting on the other side of a job interview

      Cons

      If you cannot shift gears quickly this might not be the right place (for many, me including, shifting gears is exciting)

      Pros

      Constantly new work and changes. Not always a pro or con, but if you're not ready for a constantly changing work setting, could be disconcerting. I love it. Great change from prior stuffy corporate settings. Very social coworkers with a lot of non-lame company events. No forced fun, just fun if you want it. I was looking for new challenges and a place that won't let me get bored. This is it! Start up culture, despite its size You get treated like responsible adults, and the culture is all about enabling you to do what you do best.

      Cons

      Fast growth and change make it difficult to keep track to what's going on sometimes, but it's part of a company that's doing well, I guess.
