Pros

Weddingwire is a great place to work. For me it is really important to work in a company where there is a lot of room for career growth and development and Weddingwire offers that. The development department has a lot of smart and innovative people who are all very passionate about their jobs.You also get to interact and learn about different departments so you get be more well rounded. They do also have a great social life and they do plan lots of social activities and educational programs for employees. I love this company!

- Flexible schedule. - Interesting and diverse projects to work on. - Very similar to a post-doc/grad school environment - as long as I get the work done, I can work when I want and with whatever programs and methods I choose. - Free breakfast and many lunches/ treats. - Nice social interaction including fantasy football, wing eating contests, blood drives and other charity events, etc.

Cons

- Not very many holidays. - I feel a bit guilty taking vacation. - No 401K matching.
