Pros

Supportive atmosphere where people are genuinely committed to your development and growth World-class product Freedom to make changes on the fly, influence decisions, be dynamic

Cons

The only cons in my opinion are the kind of issues that come from a company that is growing at such a fast pace. Keeping the channels of communication open and making sure everyone is on the same page in such a dynamic environment can be a challenge.

Pros

Telecommute, interesting work, flexible hours. Paid training. Competitive pay rate.

Cons

Some supervisors are rude. Training and support material could be organized better. When software updates went out with bugs, call center gets overloaded.

Pros

I love it here! Everyone is so helpful. It's not like other places where everyone is out for themselves, everyone wants to work together. The office culture is really awesome you don't have your supervisor dictating over you or tattle-tell, gossiping co-workers. The office is really nice with new equipment and furniture, very clean. Every day there's free catered lunch and a free snack bar. This place is really awesome!

Cons

None so far, and hopefully none in the future.
