Pros
This review is regarding the state of the company before being Acquired by Square. Weebly had a great company culture. Very fun place to work, really took care of their employees and made sure everyone had everything they needed (and more). There were always events and happy hours—annual company trip. Very fun. There was also a great opportunity for advancement.
Cons
However, during my time there, there was a very clear lack of vision and execution. The CEO seemed good, however when the company wasn't hitting it's OKRs, the Executive team kind of went into panic mode and no one was on the same page regarding execution. Tons of employees shared the sentiment. Since the acquisition, I can't say.
