Encouraged to lie and mislead customers.

Cons

Most toxic, sexist, racist, unethical work place I have ever experienced. Expect to be over worked, underpaid and seen as a number for conducting revenue. You will not be respected by your coworkers or your customers. This is all especially true if you are a woman. No benefits, only unsolvable problems due to poor management. Boss is always on vacation and completely out of touch with reality.

Possibility to make good money during early season. Pretty laid back

Cons

Very young group of supervisors and employees that hang out together and come in hungover. It is commission based, and if a customer cancels, they take that commission out of your check. Impossible to know what you will actually get paid until you get your check. Unable to verify cancellations No real opportunity for growth
