Great lawn care company products. When done correctly or at all.

Cons

Indianapolis branch was terrible because there was no leadership present in Indianapolis. They were all in Champaign/Urbana area. Resources were scarce and when you asked questions to get better information you were told you were complaining and making excuses as to why you were not successful in getting leads. 60 hour work weeks to be paid $31,000.00 just so they could avoid paying you an hourly rate. When asked if I could go back to being a technician was fired and told I was “abandoning my post.” Like weed man was a branch of the military services.

no background check was required to get the job spiffs every now and then for top sellers

Cons

they are sticklers about breaks the managers in the arlington heights location yell at the top of their lungs they are disorganized they monitor your every move and create a very high pressure environment lot of people quit terrible pay schedule changes every 30 days be prepared to work every weekend at some point

They are not upfront about the pay scale They are extremely unprofessional You will be fired for asking questions They intentionally violate federal laws such as FLSA
