-Friendly environment, actually seems like they care about employee's wellbeing. -Good pay for the work you do. -Attentive staff

Cons

-Long hours with few chances to step away/only one designated break. -When semi-busy sometimes difficult to speak to manager regarding cx's. -When asking questions regarding accounts sometimes managers skim over question and give generic answers which don't answer the question resulting in more time lost/CX on hold.
