      Pros

      The team here at weed man is excellent, the managers and supervisors are incredibly kind, helpful and are very understanding during work everyday, during training and if personal situations arise. Would recommend working here, working remotely with weed man has been wonderful.

      Cons

      Its a very fast paced work environment - definitely not a con if you work well in these environments though!!

      Pros

      For the first time in my life I can honestly say I like my boss!! Managers are great ppl who make you feel part of a family and care about your well-being. They are very flexible and take your personal needs into consideration. The work environment is phenomenal, everybody helps lift you up. My mental health has improved so much working at weedman in the past 2 years. Plus the pay is over minimum wage and hours are always available! I also work remotely from home, so we save money on gas which is huge considering gas prices lately. I honesty love working for weedman Scarborough and it has been the greatest experience for me and my family.

      Cons

      Like any customer service job, you sometimes get an unhappy client and they try to take their anger out on you. It sucks but those clients are so few and far between and unavoidable in customer service unfortunately.

      Personally I have had a very difficult year and WM has been extremely understanding. I feel comfortable talking to all of my managers (not as much as my time in the sales dept, but definitely csr). I always feel heard and that I'm genuinely cared for and about,

      Sometimes I feel my questions in group chat are quickly dismissed without me have the confidence to go back to the customer. But that's minor as I generally figure it out,
