Supportive management team who want you to succeed. They don't talk to you, but instead they talk with you when discussing areas of improvement. No matter if its peak season or the slow season management stays supportive and give feedback that is beneficial to you in succeeding even through the difficult calls you may experience throughout the workday or workweek.

Cons

There can definitely be tough days where it feels like a series of calls is just resolving issues. But you will be given the tools to succeed and eventually look forwards to the occasional tough call.

Cons

Management is all family and no outsiders are liked. They hire people for 3 months then lay them off and hire new people instead of bringing back the old people. Was promised fulltime and only worked less than 25 hrs a week.
