Managers offer their valued employees a lot of trust and respect. There are many opportunities to take initiative within your work. Competitive salary and wage increases. Opportunities to make commissions.

Cons

There are no benefits for full time employees unless they are managers. 6 Day work weeks throughout most of the year, depending on the department.
