The company culture is just awesome. There are lots of room for growth and great co-workers. I started as an entry level technician, then moved up to senior technician. The Branch Manager already have some plans for me as a bench strength (management trainee). Technicians will definitely have a long term career paths here if they are working hard and prove themselves. If you are looking for a career, not a job, try this out. You won’t regret it.

Cons

The working hours can be long sometimes but you will get a higher earnings respectively.
