Pros

Trying to start my career after graduating from college was a job in itself, but Weed Man gave me a chance and I haven't looked back since! The office atmosphere is laid-back, yet productive and my co-workers are all very friendly and focused. I never thought I'd be working for a lawn care company, but it's so much more than that - Weed Man is a network full of great people. I feel appreciated at all times, comfortable in my position and see endless opportunity within the company.

Cons

With lawn care being a seasonal gig, we are usually extremely busy in the late winter and early spring months and more towards the end of the season, it slows down dramatically. We also do not receive benefits, such as medical and dental coverage.

Great place to work I love it since I've been given a lot of freedom to do my job as long as I am getting my work done. Been able to see a lot of North America having traveled a lot for the company which is a great benefit. People that work there are fantastic so makes it a lot of fun to interact with great people everyday.

Cons

The spring is always a pretty busy time so it gets crazy but that is typical in a seasonal business.

Great people, great atmosphere, challenging and rewarding environment. The team is always pushing forward to deliver the best products and service to its customers and employees. I love the inclusive nature of decision making...a true think tank to get the best ideas to push the company forward! Best company I have ever worked for!

Cons

On occasion having to deal with municipal restraints surrounding our marketing efforts...nothing to do with the company...more frustration with politics in general.
