Pros

Weed Man in Pineville NC had great management and were very lenient on scheduling. Some days we were left off early but still got paid for the full shift. It was a Great first job and an overall great part time job.

Cons

We did not have many benefits besides free water. On some of the days it was very hot and riding around in a van full of sweaty teenagers was not the best.

Lots of opportunities for growth with a proven track record. The environment is surprisingly positive and upbeat for a call center.

Cons

Steep learning curve for people not accustomed to call center environment but the managers are usually very helpful and willing to teach.
