      Pros

      If you are interested in sales or customer service you will go far as long as you contribute and meet their goals

      Cons

      Other than sales the "coaching" falls short. There is a lot of this for CSR/Sales. Not much attention paid to areas.

      Compensation is great for entry level positions, great leadership experience offered,anyone can take control of their own path in the company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of support for field technicians, made me work in 100 degree weather when news warned people from being outside
