nothing good to say about weed man they ripped me off and did nothing for us they hire students in Highschool because they know they can rip us off and take advange I suggest you do not apply for this job there is better work out there for you. like tim hortons or macdonalds

Cons

they over work you you do not get many hours they suck they have no respect for anyone customers or workers they only hire young students with no job exspirence they over work you and dock hours due to not getting enough signitures.

There's a task for every personality. Each franchise is like a beehive, and it takes a village. Do your part and make your ambitions known, you'll go as high as your heart will take you!

Cons

Some offices have short cyclical business. You may get a lay off if the owner doesn't have a plan in off season.

Customers are great, and you get to help them make their lawns look better/healthier.

Cons

Changes pay rates every year. Owner does not like to see employees make more than $30K year, when they made up salaries through sales he cut commissions.
