Working with great people who love what they do, helping customers resolve issues, family atmosphere, paid time off for holidays and extended paid time at Christmas

Cons

no insurance and can be long hours, even though it's usually no weekends

Too many, but they pay less that a fast food restaurant and NO benefits offered.
