Cons

- Some unrealistic goals at times, which impacted bonus pay - Regional manager had a tendency to micro-manage and overstep

Pros

The owner I worked for was great, and was wanting you to learn and would go out of his way to teach you. Management was a different story.

Cons

I was doing accounts receivables and payables, as well as doing administrative duties. They can't keep anyone with the company for long because they're doing more work than what they're getting paid for.

Afternoon hours are good for people who like sleep.

Cons

Short lunches. Lots of pressure from upper management to rush through your day. Need to meet high quotas. No reward system for doing well, only the threat of firing if you don't meet the quota. Not very understanding of mental health issues.
