Flexible schedule, remote work, promotes from within, great management team, helpful HR staff and Great benefits. multiple franchises so meet many people from different states and backgrounds.

Cons

I honestly do not have any cons, if you like working in a fast paced environment with a great staff of people the Weed Man is the place to be.
