Pros

Weed Man is constantly training and adding value to every employee. They consistently show how much they care by tracking performance and sharing information. They take time to work with us and help us personally improve. We are then able to take great care of our customers and earn more year after year.

Cons

The fast pace can be a challenge at times. Technology is heavily depended on and does break at times. Working outdoors causes weather to be a problem on some days.

Cons

There are no cons at Weed Man. It is hard work but it is personally and financially rewarding. Like I said no Cons.
