Co-workers are nice. President/employees are involved in the community.

Cons

They do not pay what you are worth in the marketplace. Won't acknowledge increased work with increase in pay. Difficult to get promotion.

Cons

Yes, we periodically educate our team members on HR topics, including about sites like Glassdoor, and we do encourage employees to share their experiences in public forums. We always make it very clear that anything they post should accurately reflect their own experiences, and we have never (and never will) demanded that anyone submit a review of any kind, especially not one that is not true to their experiences.
