      Generally loyal and willing to work with employees. Eastern PA regional service growing rapidly

      Location is nice, easy parking

      Cons

      Zero training of staff, everyone is a maverick working in a cubical farm. No standards for developers to adhere to. Old RPG programmers are now high paid business analyst with no understanding of current technologies. One client was quoted a customer ecommerce site for over $12,000 when a shopify store would have been the best option. Option was not allowed to be suggested as it would not get any money for Hammer. Good people leave the company after a short stint, others have been there for 20 years because no one would hire them anywhere else.

      Learn a lot of programming languages quickly.

      Cons

      Low pay, stress due due to low estimates to get work. Terrible benefits and too many managers. Attitude of managers towards developers leaves a lot to be desired. People with enough experience leave quickly. Expensive benefits with little coverage.
