      Pros

      Good first time job. Do offer good medical benefits, Associate discount and a good recognition program. Ideal for people looking for part time work.

      Cons

      Advancement oppertunities are little to none. The payroll is little to non-existing. Company enforces a lot of customer service focused programs which would work great if thier was any training and payroll given. Training is a big need. Your hired, and since it's always understaffed, your forced to figure it out on your own.

      Pros

      Experience is the biggest takeaway. Working with others one on one and learning hands on. There's not much more to add.

      Cons

      Overworked, no work life balance, performing duties that are not of a manager. You'll be in charge of hiring, administrative work, but be directed to stock shelves because labor budget is so thin. It's a one man show.
