Pros

- Good coworkers and culture at the business unit - Good local leadership

Cons

- Corporate Executive team has poor leadership skills and some are unethical - Corporate Executive leadership focuses on short term instead of long term - Constant downsizing makes it impossible to have enough people to do work at the business units - Benefits and pension are below market - Senior Execs over-promise to customers - No work-life balance - you will be used up and then terminated
