Pros

- There are a few exceptional people who work here. (Including the President of Garland) - They are kind, driven, and understand the concept of team-work. - If you are a hard-working, driven person, and you have the opportunity to work with them; learn everything you can from them. Build lasting professional relationships with them, and keep in touch with them.

Cons

- Other than the handful mentioned above, the workforce at this location, leave a lot to be desired. They are spiteful, petty and only care about one of two things: Themselves or The Bottom Line. - Management is weak and will pretend to care about your professional development when all they care about is you doing your job, and being able to tick the correct boxes. There is no room for creative thinkers who want to make the business better and improve the status quo. - Co-workers often lived by the motto, "Its not my job", or ""We have always done it this way" which can be exhausting when looking for support from your team. - HR is untrustworthy and exceptionally inept. Do not make the mistake of thinking they have your best interest at heart; they do not. - Do not trust anyone with personal information; Gossipmongers galore. - A lot of turn over. I personally witnessed the exodus of over 30 employees while working here. - I left on my own terms because I recognized my worth as a person and an employee.

Pros

Pay was decent and health benefits weren't bad

Cons

No direction on projects, no project leadership, VP's allowed the customer to dictate the product schedule without input from the engineers or manufacturing. Many issues on product quality. Horrible culture. No trust. They treat everyone as though they are trying to rip them off and seriously micro manage them.
