      Pros

      Staff an management easy to communicate with. Workplace clean an tidy. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Honestly there's only 2 jobs I can't hit the times on. But as a tig welder there asking for speed which if your willing to graft isn't a issue but the con most people say is speed an time here. Don't let it put you off . Its a good work place

      You find no Blacks, no Chinese, no Arabs in their England, Ecclesfield factory In case of agency worker, they don't tell to the agency what ethnicity they prefer, they sack agency workers over and over until they get a favored one in No presence of human resources to address such issues, so you expect that the supervisor speaks to you while he's stood as close as a finger to you
