No pros at all. Awful company!!

Cons

In 2019 new CEO Bill Johnson let over 100 employees go. Now 2020 comes along and we're in a pandemic (coronavirus) and he's letting more employees go during these very rough times. Welbilt as a company has shown its true colors. People have families and children to feed and he could careless about his employees. As long as he's well taken care of and making those millions. He is the worst thing that has happened to Welbilt. GET HIM OUT!!

Pros

Normally in IT I get bored after a few year. I'm going on 8 years and haven't gotten bored yet.

Cons

Welbilt runs very lean on employees, which limits what we are able to accomplish. Budget reductions at end of year usually make it feel like a bad year as we aren't able to be successful while it's out of our control.
