Pros

Welbilt has made a lot positive changes in the short time I've worked here. The values show through in how our leaders conduct themselves day to day. Our corporate office has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. From my perspective, there is a lot of effective collaboration between our job functions and other locations regionally and globally. Overall, a really great place to work with great people!

Cons

The organizational changes taking place have been somewhat slow and some employees with long tenures are more reluctant to the changes.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Welbilt. The new leadership has completely changed the way everything is run and it has caused a cultural shift for the better. Welbilt has invested in employee recognition programs, more training for employees, etc. My pros: - Good pay - Employee Recognition - Every day is a new challenge- great learning opportunities - "Family-like" atmosphere - Fun place to work

Cons

Cons could differ based on office location, but at the corporate office, I dont have any major cons. It is really collaborative here and everyone gets along wonderfully. Leadership cares for employees and have open door policies. When issues arise, they are quickly solved. The company is run pretty lean, so often times employees wear a lot of hats and that causes us to work extra hours.

Pros

People make a company - not the culture. “Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow”

Cons

Progression is difficult as there are too many silos.
