The company truly does not give a damn about any of us. You are replaceable and you are just another number. If you can avoid this company please do because I guarantee that even if you decide to move along with them, you are highly likely to be fired for a very inexcusable reason, including sickness and health, vacation time you put in months ahead of time, phone calls you forgot to say a “proper” greeting in or accidentally missed to provide a specific piece of information for the customer. You are graded on calls as if you are graded in school and if you continue to receive low scores based on incorrect gradings for calls from your manager, you will be fired. If you have a problem with your manager, switching teams will not be an option for you. If you need to change from full time to part time, you will not have the option and will be told to either quit, take a leave or stay full time. Managers will talk negative about you and think you don’t hear them when you request zoom calls to discuss your situation or struggle. Managers will also pick favorites and choose who they wish to be kind to.
