Pros

No weekends or holidays. That's it

Cons

People are placed in positions to aid call volume needs, not in areas where they can succeed and thus make lives better for the marginalized communities that they're supposed to be serving. They pretend to care about the members, they don't. They punish the people that excel with members. There's no growth built around your strengths. Only in what they decide to train you on.

Pros

Working remote, the pay was okay

Cons

Introduced a new system around the holidays. Staff was unable to take time off. Training was poor. No one in management new the job so the senior staff had to teach the process along with learning a new system and being a resource for a new system that staff was not comfortable with. Merge with Bmc was a decrease in some benefits. Need management who know the job, hire consultants to be management.
