In our most recent Employee Engagement Survey, some of our highest scores were on questions pertaining to team members’ work-life balance, something we are very proud of! However, there is always room to improve and we are committed to continuously refining our technology, processes and policies to enhance the remote work experience and support our employees. WellSense offers a generous paid time off program that allows a great deal of flexibility. In addition to accruing 8 paid holidays, new employees accrue 25 days off per year which can be used for vacation, personal or sick days and this accrual rate increases over time. That being said, meeting the needs of our members and providers is paramount to our mission and, as such, some departments have attendance policies to ensure adequate staffing so that they can provide exceptional service.
