Rapidly growing company with new membership and therefore much hiring. Lots of process and tools changes as well. Great for folks with short attention spans.

Impossible to keep track of all the work that needs to be done SO MANY MEETINGS

If you’re ok with having a call queued up as soon as you hang up the last one then you’ll be fine but it’s very fast paced and they micromanage you/

High salary, 100% remote work

Cons

I've worked at several large, reputable organizations and, compared to them, WellSense is completely dysfunctional. Turnover rate is extremely high and the executives do a poor job of communicating across the organization. There was absolutely no onboarding whatsoever and workplace culture was quite negative/toxic.
